This product is amazing! The unboxing and assembly were easy, and includes options to separate the mic stand from the speaker for better speaker placement. Turning it on and connecting my phone and ipad to it was a breeze. We started by playing songs from Apple Music and were blown away by how well the vocal removal button worked. Speaker quality was great and was nice and loud. We did opt to download the Singing Machine app for the free month trial and there were tons of old and new songs. This Karaoke machine really hit the mark!!! You won't be disappointed at all!!! The sound is amazing, wireless microphones were so easy to use, and we love how compact it is as well. We brought the machine to our last family gathering and it was a hit! We all had so much fun on it. It sounds great and works fine but the piece that holds the mic is broken and customer service doesn't respond. I'd rate this higher but not if there is zero support. Update: Customer service contacted me by email, claiming they sent an earlier email I never received. I responded by calling the number listed. After talking to them I learned that they won't cover the super flimsy plastic piece that holds the microphone, that broke within a month or two of light use, so I was willing to pay $27 to purchase the entire upper half of the machine. They won't even let me buy the piece from them because I live in Alaska. So I guess I just get to keep this nice broken karaoke machine. So they gladly sell the machine on Amazon for free shipping to Alaska but won't allow me to pay with my own money for the piece and to pay them to ship it to me. So they get 1 star. I guess if you are willing to buy this machine just know those pieces are very fragile and don't break them or be willing to buy the replacement piece for $30 and don't live outside of the 48 continental states and they will let you pay for it. ... show more

Amazing sound for a little speaker. 22 different voice changers that are pretty cool to play with. You have to download the app to use the karaoke machine part of it. And you can only play about 30 seconds of a song for the free version. It's $80/yr to get access to full songs and about 70,000 songs in total. So not to bad for that price. ... show more
