This was a big hit at our last birthday party. We threw a surprise 40th birthday party and decided karaoke was a needed activity. We read the reviews and decided to give this one a whirl. The sound is great and price for value is also good. While it’s not professional quality it’s perfect for home occasional use. We had it plugged in all night for the party because we also used it as the ambient music speaker. While we tested it pre-party the battery held up well and I didn’t notice any issues after constant use of an hour. The microphones didn’t need a battery change at all either. The speaker is rechargeable (USB-C) but the microphones need 2 AA batteries each. The unit was so well liked, friends and family members asked me to share the link on Amazon for this set. Do be aware that when finding songs to karaoke to on you tube the words are only on the device used to stream the song (we used our phones) and all that plays through the speaker/karaoke machine is the instrumental portion…..so you REALLY need to know the song 😂 overall I recommend this product and look forward to the next party or family game night. 10/10 recommend ... show more

Returning. Unfortunately there was a mic delay. The sound & quality is actually very loud n great, everything would’ve been perfect, but I don’t understand why every time I do karaoke, there is a mic delay. Update: getting a replacement. Great customer service!!

If you are even on the fence with this product, allow me to nudge you...We bought this unit for my daughter's 26th birthday. She and all her friends love Karaoke and we wanted something that would be simple to set up, loud enough for a party, and portable if she ever wanted to take it elsewhere. It fits all of these and more. She's had the unit for 2 months now and it's going strong - no issues whatsoever. Setup is simple, you take the headphone out from your TV or audio system and plug it into the input of the machine. Then you pull up a Karaoke video on YouTube, hit play and you're ready to sing. The track from the TV plays through to the machine and volume is independent of each of the mics. Mic strength is strong and clear. Each mic has an individual volume control and reverb (echo). If you don't want to use your TV for Karaoke, no problem. Just hook the unit up to your phone or tablet and you now have portable karaoke. I did a LOT of research before buying and this was the unit I went with. It was a great choice and hopefully is for you as well. Don't overthink it, just get it. ... show more
