The box this came in was so incredibly damaged and bent, I am shocked the insides aren’t destroyed. One side of the box wouldn’t even stay closed when I picked it up from the porch. I am so frustrated with how terrible the presentation of this box is on the outside and it’s embarrassing to have a child open this as a gift. The product itself was not securely wrapped up and tape was barely holding the materials together—it’s clear this has been used and returned and never looked at twice before selling to someone else.     • Inexpensive and a good kit

Nice inexpensive hoop and ball. I ended up removing the door brackets and screwing it directly into a wall in my basement due to location of the doors. Rim has a spring which helps it break away for dunking and also prevents the ball from bouncing far. The ball is more like a mini real basketball, not like the mini rubber-ball like balls that come with the cheaper ones. It's nice but also a little dangerous if you have younger kids - the weight of this ball could easily take out a light bulb or something hanging nearby. ... show more

It’s great quality and fits my boys bedroom closet door perfect! I think it would fit in the door that we chose the closet so they can shoot hoops from the bed! Haha!!! Bought this one because most other over-the-door mini hoops hung too high, and my door wouldn't close. This was the ONLY one I could find that fit nicely. Taking away one star for the impracticality of the ball for indoor use (like other reviewers have mentioned). Would have also been nice if a ball pump (even a cheap plastic one) was included. ... show more

Great quality, my kids love it, but it is very loud! The mini basketball is just that a regular mini basketball! It is not more rubberized like other indoor hoops we’ve had. So it is very loud when it hits the rim and could easily break a lamp or something in a bedroom! Great quality, but not for indoors! Would recommend the backboard with a different ball. ... show more
