    The media could not be loaded. My hubs LOVES Sonic ice! He craves it! There are a few other restaurants and places that have it and when he finds a place, he always gets an extra cup to munch on it. I've been looking for years to find a counter top ice maker that produces it and for years I could only find the original standalone machine that costs thousands. When people started producing counter top versions, the reviews weren't great. Recently, after several years, I decided to revisited this quest. I found hope in the newer machines that looked like they were getting closer. After pouring over reviews and descriptions, I decided on finally buying him this one for Christmas this year. I'm happy to report: The cubes are the perfect size for crunching! He says it could be just a tad more "watery" (whatever that means -- it's ice -- isn't it naturally watery?? -- But I'm not as fanatical about rabbit poop ice as he is), but he says "it is pretty darn close" and he loves it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The machine produced ice almost instantly. I was impressed by how fast it worked. It's footprint on the counter is about the size of a normal-sized coffee maker. Our knife block with the knives stands taller than this machine. So it doesn't take up much space as I thought it would. The water capacity is pretty decent: it makes about 2 tumblers full of ice -- or 1 32oz convenient store plastic cups -- we'll have to experiment with making extra to store in the freezer but so far hes eating them as fast as its making them 😆 The quality of the machine is mostly plastic but seems sturdy and good. The loudness is not more than the exhaust fan on the stove, but as mentioned it doesn't take long for ice to be produced, so the machine doesn't run long.     I do enjoy having ice that is made quickly. Unfortunately, it’s quite a large appliance to have on your countertop every day. We bought one since our fridge quit making ice. It is efficient and makes good ice. The kids feel it melts quickly, but if you use a Stanley or some type of tumbler that keeps things cold, it lasts quite long. My only complaint is that it states it’s “low noise” and I have to disagree. The Silonn ice maker is not loud constantly, the fan kicks on intermittently. However, if you’re one of those types of people that hates the sound of the fan above your stove, this may be the downside of this ice maker Otherwise it’s been perfect in a pinch and has replaced our ice cube trays which too messy and time consuming. ... show more

    Product: I recently picked up the Silonn Nugget Ice Maker and I've been pretty impressed with it so far. The noise level is really manageable, which was a pleasant surprise because I've dealt with some noisy appliances in the past. It's quiet enough that it doesn't bother anyone in the house, even when we're all in the kitchen. The machine is quite efficient at making ice, and I haven’t had to fuss over it much—just use filtered water, and it runs smoothly with very little maintenance required. The nugget ice it produces is just the right size, not too big or too small, perfect for cooling drinks without diluting them too quickly. It's been especially great for making iced tea and other cold beverages on hot days. The size of the ice maker is also a good fit for my kitchen; it doesn’t take up much space but still produces a decent amount of ice. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It does exactly what I need without any hassle, and having quick access to nugget ice anytime has been a game changer for my daily routines. Amazon Customer Service: Working with Amazon is a nightmare. I was expecting this product on their expected 'Prime' delivery date only for it to get delayed 3 times before they ended up cancelling it. I had to contact Amazon support and, I swear, they literally say anything to get you off the chat as fast as possible. Making false promises of credit or refunds saying that it will hit your account in however many days. I honestly don't know why I pay for Prime anymore since my inbox is littered with emails about how they are sorry about the delay with no repercussions.     I’ve been using this ice machine for about a week now, best ice machine I’ve ever had so far, and makes the nice crunchy ice, NOT bullet ice. Little pricey but worth it imo. Love that it comes with the suction hook and scooper too. Not too noisy either. I also put it on a pull out caddy (not included) to save counter space since I live in a small apartment. ... show more
