We purchased this ice maker, it worked great for about a month. Now once ice full light comes on it stops completely. It takes unplugging it for 10 minutes, resetting and a lot of tinkering to get it going again. Has self clean, but seems to want you to do that every bucket of ice produced.

When we bought this ice maker, it worked well. It is very easy to use. Although portable, we never moved it from its original spot on our counter. It makes ice quickly, and there are two different sizes to choose from. However, after using it for 6 months, the optical sensors became misaligned. Therefore, it will no longer make ice because it believes it is "full". This has been an issue we have not been able to repair. Although we have treated this product with care and have not moved it, we can't get the sensors to stay aligned. We had high hopes, but now do not recommend. ... show more

Worked well the first few days. After filling it up the little plastic thing on the side came loose and was floating in the water. The machine would automatically turn off. Water lines were full and it wasn’t in clean mode. Plus it started making a loud noise almost like a crying cat.

I loved the idea of having bite-sized ice made, but this ice maker is so slow and I didn't know or read that it didn't save the ice....it melts after a few minutes if you don't use it right away! If I had known, I would not have purchased this one!

Love this ice maker. This gets a lot of use in the house. Love the self cleaning feature. Really easy to use, just pour water in the bottom and chose what size ice you want.

It's a great little ice maker. It makes enough ice to make two or three frozen drinks. My only complaint and reason I may be returning it is because the ice is very wet and not frozen enough. Melts so fast and sticks together into a massive clump when put in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Having to break it all apart to get a few cubes is very inconvenient. ... show more
