These molds are really cute and quite easy to use, my kids loved it! We may have to order another set, four is just not enough. What I love about these molds are there durability and how easy they are to use, ice cream bars, cake, even chocolate slide right out. And I love the fact that they can be used in the oven as well as the freezer. First you can fill with a cake mixture, bake it, once cooled fill the remaining portion with ice cream and freeze, voila an ice cream cake on a stick! The Silikomart website also has some must try recipes for savory as well as sweet ideas. As noted by other reviewers these are not for liquid based popsicles, like fruit juices, as the area to place the stick will leak. But I was thinking that if placed a piece of fruit of something else solid right by the stick opening, this may stop the liquid mixes from leaking out. Why given four stars and not five, I would have liked to see the product with a lid of some sort, once put in the freezer to solidify the entire back portion is open, ... show more

I've used these many times! The bars turn our looking great! I like the idea of these, however, the slot for popsicle stick isn't as snug and so ice cream mixture leaks out unless something (I used orthodontic wax) is used to fill in the gap. I've also tried partially freezing the ice cream mixture in a bowl (stirring every 20 minutes or so) and then spooning it into the molds. Otherwise this is a great product. Pattern Name: Classic
These molds make removing your ice cream bars or popsicles a breeze! They pop right out, no need to dip the molds in water to loosen the filling. They also clean up easily because they are non-stick and horizontal not vertical molds. However, I am hugely disappointed that there is not a better "valve" type barrier so that when you put the stick in, the filling does not leak out. Either your filling has to be very thick, or you need to wait until the filling is partially frozen but soft enough to insert the stick without damaging your bar. Also, the inside (bottom) of the mold is rounded, so the bars come out rounded on one side but flat on the other. Not tragic, but annoying. These molds are expensive for what they are. ... show more

I have used this 2 times already to make ice cream of coconut milk and blended fruits. -->why i love it: It's dishwasher safe. It's easy to remove the icecream from the mold. If placed flat in the freezer as instructed the stick stays in place and it doesn't leak. -->what could be better: it HAS to be placed flat in the freezer or it will leak. The top is exposed so if anything falls on it in the fridge you get a big mess. ... show more

Although pricey, works great. Flexible trays make removal very easy. Keep ice-cream bars in plastic bags so the molds can be used more frequently. Now making many healthy and organic frozen smoothies on a stick for grand daughters. (Even sneak in a not so healthy popsicle or fudgesicle once in a while - like when mom isn't looking.) ... show more
