Love this mat! I don't do a lot of baking but so far, this mat has come in handy. It's not only cute but very useful. I have not tried using it for baking and I am hesitant because I don't want to ruin it. The silicon bottom sticks to the table top surface which holds the mat in place so that it does not move around as you knead your dough. I love the different conversions on the side as it is very helpful when trying to convert oz to mL. This mat is just big enough for me to work with and small enough to fit in tight space. Cleaning is also super easy as things don't get stuck to the point where you have to scrape it off. It's as easy as rinse off any excess particles that sticks onto the mat, wash it with soapy sponge and rinse the soap off. You'll have to find a way to hang it to let the water run off or just wipe it down with paper towel and then put it away. Simple in deed! I would recommend it. ... show more

I used this silicon pad to roll out pie dough. It does not slip on the counter. It's easy to put flour down in an even spread and the dough did not stick to the pad!! I highly recommend this pad. It even comes with a little bag to store it in and it's easy to clean.

This has been a great addition to my kitchen. The matt is strong, flexible, and durable. It has great grip, so it stays in place when I really knead a heavy dough. The measurements are helpful to give you a guideline for how long or wide you are rolling dough out. I love the happy little corgi too, just makes me smile.
