CAMEO PRO MK-II might look like a Cameo 4 but don't let the exterior fool you. This machine has all the upgrades of the normal Cameo 5 but in the Cameo 4 frame. The Silhouette CAMEO PRO MK-II offers enhanced functionality with features such as a second powered carriage, quieter operation, and an emergency stop function. With a 24-inch cutting width—one of the largest available—this machine enables larger-scale designs or efficient handling of multiple smaller cuts. This is an excellent product, crippled by an almost complete lack of support by Silhouette America. Once I had learned all the little tricks and workarounds to overcome the device's various shortcomings, my Cameo Pro 4 worked beautifully for several weeks. But then one of the motors started to momentarily lose traction and grind away without moving the mat, throwing off the registration entirely and ruining sheet after sheet of material. And then the Cameo stopped working entirely (wouldn’t even power on). Silhouette America provides no phone support whatsoever (you can’t even leave them a message), and the chat feature on their website is inaccessible – you have to go through a lengthy questionnaire every time you try to access it, at the end of which you’re informed that chat is unavailable & that your only option is to send a message that will be replied to by email. That’s what I did, since I had no other choice. The responses I got were almost entirely canned and mostly irrelevant, and there was always at least a full day between responses, meaning that an issue that probably could have been resolved in a single conversation got dragged out for days (and now weeks). After a number of exchanges, I was able to at least get the Cameo to power on, but by then the motor that moves the cutting head had stopped functioning entirely. Despite the inescapable fact that my Cameo is defective and needs servicing or replacement, Silhouette America has so far refused to provide an RMA. Don’t make the same mistake I did – buy a Cricut instead. UPDATE 7/31/23: Finally, after weeks of badgering Silhouette, they provided an RMA. I returned the Cameo and a few weeks later I received a replacement. Because I've been busy, I haven't had a chance to test it out yet, but I'll post an update here as soon as I do. ... show more

Why not sell the pro kit with actual 24" vinyl not 15 or 16 in. Disappointed in that.
