A lot of the pulp does not drop into the pulp canister it sticks to the top of the unit which makes cleaning harder. The grater sometimes miss parts of the veggies I juice. Cleaning the unit is time consuming if you do it by hand I don't put it in the dishwasher even though it can be done. It is a bit loud, but it is comparable to my blender's noise. This product left a lot of ingredients in the disposal instead of filter it in the juice cup. It was a lot of small parts that needed cleaning afterwards that was time consuming. I returned this item.

ez ,an clean up ez,getting the fiber out of the blade is the hardest part,i like to spin dry the blade after cleaning, i do not replace the dump bin it flows a lot of air to dry that way, after cleaning.
