    • plan ahead to make sure the tub can drain
I recently moved and am missing my tub so when I saw this on sale decided to go for it. I am 5'9" and weight around 200 lbs and am 74 years old but pretty mobile and did make sure I used the safety bars to get in and out of the tub. If I was more fragile I wouldn't try this. The tub needs to be cleaned before use and I just swished it a bit with the shower and let it drain. But after filling it about half way and enjoying the submersion I used the on/off method to drain it and the bottom of the tub adhered to the floor of the shower blocking the drain hole. I will place something under the tub next time to elevate it enough to drain easily. Other than this, I think it will work nicely when I need a nice soak. ... show more

It's relaxing and perfect in size. I like to put salt or anything that makes my skin soft. I use it when I feel stressed out. Now my daughter won't stop using it she is 9 years old. Easy to clean. I do like it :

    • Works well with a patient lift
Purchased to provide an outdoor bath for a bed bound cancer patient and it worked fairly well. Easy to use and assemble, we were able to lower patient into a full tub with a hoyer lift and after bathing lift her back out for transfer to wheelchair. I placed a small stool in bottom of tub as a seat, sides are pretty strong when tub is full but patient should be able to sit upright for bath duration. But don’t drain water till patient is hooked up to lift. Wish for a little more leg room and a built in seat but actually was a good solution for an extremely tough situation. ... show more

I have plenty of room in this large size. I'm 5'8". With you in the water, you float just enough that there really isn't pressure on the sides of the tub, so I think this will last quite a long time. The included inflatable pillow is nice, but unless it had some sort of a V to hold it in place, it falls over the edge and out for me. I've used it filled right to the bottom of the inflatable band on the top. ... show more

Pretty good so far! Used it once and it worked great. Each individual will have to do a couple test runs to see water/ice levels but it is great with a lot of room.
