The media could not be loaded. I bought this to replace my shower head which has only 3 modes. This product is just awesome for the price. Great pressure and I loved it. My 2 cents below: Pros: - The pressure is too good - 7-modes is good enough from a usability perspective. However, always one or two mode turns out to be favorite options for my wife & I - The knob to change mode is smoother than all others which I have used before - Single button ON/OFF switch makes it handy to use with convenience - Looks very good with a matte look - Built quality is nice too - Reasonable price Cons: - It doesn't come with the wrapping plumbing tape ... show more

This works well to shut water off mid shower for kids and control flow. Durability is yet to be seen. But for the price, we are very happy with the looks, quality, and functionality.

Great value for price. Super easy to install. I got the bronze color and it looks/feels great. Only two minor issues: The on/off switch doesn't stay in the fully off position. I have to hold it in the fully off position which stops the flow, but mine will spring back to somewhere in the middle, letting a dribble of water come out. Not a huge issue, since it stops most of the water from coming out. I just wish there was a way to lock it in the fully off position. Seems like a design issue. Another minor gripe: the water pressure is slightly uneven on the main setting. The streams from the top are weaker than the ones on the bottom of the shower head. It's kinda nice because you can use the weak streams to wash your face/eyes. But i'd rather it be consistent. Overall i'm super happy with it, especially since it was one of the cheaper options. ... show more

This is an awesome shower head. I ordered a different one (for a similar low price) first, and found it to be impossible to mount without it wobbling around loosely. At nearly the same price, the quality and features of this shower head are incredible. It is easy to mount, feels solid, and mounts securely in place. The settings are great, and cover a pretty typical range of streams, massage, and combinations. They include a narrow stream, almost like a hose, that I like for spraying out the tub. The controls are better than other handhelds, because you scroll through the various spray patterns by simply pushing a button - no twisting or rotating. You can also easily slide a lever with your thumb to reduce the spray to a trickle. That is a particularly useful feature if you are holding the shower head and using it to clean out the tub or to bathe a pet. I did not remove the flow limiter, and find the water pressure to be fine - not intense, but better than most shower heads I have tried. I have only used it a few times so far, so I cannot speak to durability. It does seem well made and has a solid feel, though. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, features, and ease of using the controls on this shower head. In addition, I consider it an exceptional value for the price. ... show more

    • Pause valve stopped working!

When first installed worked great - good pressure, various spray patterns, pause control to save water! But, two weeks past the warranty period, the pause valve has quit working properly. It no longer opens and closes completely, stuck in the barely open position so all you get for water flow is a trickle. In other words, useless! And out of warranty so no return or replacement. A waste of money! Update: Contacted by SunCleanse following my review and to my surprise, a full refund was offered for my purchase of this shower head, even though past the warranty period. This was voluntary on their part, which is almost unheard of these days! Although the product was faulty, they stood behind their product and that speaks volumes about this company. I am very pleased by their customer service and concern. Will definitely consider their products in the future because of their business ethics and practices. ... show more
