My couch did come in two separate shipments but they came less than 12 hours apart from one another. Assemble took legit 10 minutes and the back cushions fluffed after a couple of days. Now, are the back cushions the thickest and comfiest ever? No, you can feel the back a little bit, but it’s really nothing crazy. You’re buying a couch on amazon for less than $500… if you want more finance a better couch from a better provider. For what it is, it exceeded all of my expectations. Good for small space but too small to stretch out and cushions are so flat it’s incredibly uncomfortable. Cheap, but still not worth it.

    • Poor Quality / Child Size / Color Is Lighter
We took everything out of the box but found the frame itself to be extremely weak and of poor quality. We were concerned even placing too much arm weight on the arm rest itself would damage the thin wood (particle board?) framing and very thin cushioning. The cushions are vacuum sealed but we did unwrap one and found it to be surprisingly comfortable. The color is nice and is a bit lighter than shown. The size of the sectional is nice for small spaces and best for small individuals (kids, pets, etc) (though the quality nearly cancels that out). I am 5'4" and my Husband is 5'9". We are of average body types and we both felt very large, as though we were sitting on children's furniture which was surprising. All in all I think we got what we paid for. We expected lower quality but not quite this low so we've chosen to return it. I hope this helps brings you clarity on your investment. 🌿 ... show more

Now the length is exactly what i wanted. The chaise part throws me off everytime because its basically an ottoman and separate from the couch but you stick the chaise part to it so it never stays evenly together if that makes sense. Like if i kicked the ottoman part under the chaise it would be crooked. Also the seats dont have as much width as id like. Now for the price this is super awesome esp for a smaller apt, and it is super comfy and the color is beautiful (i got brown) but i think i would go for a wider couch next time just for my personal preference. I used to have sleeper sofas so im used to more width. ... show more
