I have used this product for a few months and it really works. My daughter and I are natural and when we use this it really lays our hair down. The only issue I have is shipping. I received my new shine and jam and the container was cracked and the jam was spilling out of it so I have to put it in something else. I think it all comes down to your hair type because after experimenting with the different gels from this company, I have come to realize that the Shine n Jam Conditioning Gel, with Honey Extract, Extra Hold (the yellow one) seems to work best for me. In case this is of any relevance to your decision-making, I'm 4c at most parts of my hair and some 4b at the center parts of my head. From the other gels, this was the first gel I ever used while doing (for the first time) some decent, knotless braids on myself :) ... show more
