    • arrived broken. side cover brake door wouldn't open
it worked great out of the box besides the fact that the brakes were way to heavy. i think they came with all 4 brakes on but the side door to get to the brakes wouldnt budge at all. looked up videos and forums to try to find a fix but had no luck. ended up returning the item, wont buy shimano again. ... show more

    • SMOOTH/ CAST VERY FAR BUT NOISY!!
Pros...light, cast far, drags stays put, easy to adjust drag, doesn't hold too much line. I've caught some big bass on them and the drag works great. They are very light so casing all day is easy. I'm 68 yrs old. Cons, the picture showed I'd be getting a green reel..It was black w green accents After 3 fishing trips...very noisy even after I've had it oiled. It's just noisy when retrieving. This is one great reel. I have many bait casters from a little cheaper and some 3 times the price but if I had to choose one for an enjoyable day on the water, This would be it. Light, cast's easily and very versatile.
