I made the mistake of washing and drying a sherpa blanket last winter and found out you do NOT put sherpa in a dryer. I needed to replace that blanket. I wanted a blanket that had sherpa and was super soft. This blanket gives me both. OH so very soft and the sherpa allows it to be very comfy warm. I took it with in a suitcase on a trip to a cold weather area because I prefer using my own blanket when traveling and I was in love from the minute I laid it on the bed until I packed it back up. Very soft, cozy, good to snuggle in front of the tv or with a good book on a chilly day. Some have mentioned that the layers aren’t sewn together but that hasn’t been a problem for me. This is the second one I bought, just different color for different area.

This is a lovely blanket, very warm and so so soft. It washes effortlessly. I bought the white and it is beautiful. My only complaint is that the two layers are not stitched together, a bit clumsy. But I think the price was great and the value just as great.
