I've tried lots of acne stuff, I had it as a kid then it mostly cleared up in my late 20's and now in my early to mid 30's its come back and painfully. this bar, like any medicine could draw out underlying pimples and it flair up at the start, but keep using it - a few uses and it's gone and with routine use will stay gone and it's cheap as hell! please note: you MUST moisturize afterwards cause it'll dry your skin, Cerva is a good moisturizer that doesn't break the bank either and trust, your face will clear up ... show more

I’ve used this soap for about a week now and haven’t seen a big difference in my acne on my face. I think I am actually breaking out more and my face is very try when I use this soap but becomes very greasy as the day goes on.
