I like the cleanser, the moisturizer is fine also, albeit very thick and could be diluted, and the hyaluronic acid is like any other hyaluronic acid and is a bit sticky on the skin. I prefer a thinner moisturizer, and can normally use a good DHC oil cleanser for the same purpose as the cleanser. However, my skin turns out nice afterward. ... show more

    • Cleanser is Very Runny
I have purchased the cleanser separately in store, but I thought I would buy the pack as I wanted the hyaluronic acid as well. When I went to use the cleanser, I opened the bottle and it started gushing out. I thought that was unusual but thought it might just have been pressure from the shipping process. But I have now had this set for a few weeks and every time I open the cleanser it just spills out. I have bought the cleanser on its own multiple times at Ulta and the consistency is more thick. It is still a balm and comes out easily, but nowhere as easily as what I’ve experienced with this one. I don’t know if I just got a wonky batch, but I will not be repurchasing this set. When I get a proper version of it, this cleanser is my favorite. It is gentle on my skin and leaves it velvety soft but cleanses all makeup when I use it. The hyaluronic acid is great, and exactly like the ones I’ve purchased before. This was my first time trying the moisturizer; and I was underwhelmed. I have pretty dry skin and it leaves my skin feeling a little greasy but still dry. Not what I want from a moisturizer. ... show more
