I have 3 of these and I love them. I take multiple hot yoga/PiYo classes a week and these are a great alternative to a $150 sticky mat. While dry, they're still pretty slippery and don't have a lot of grip, but I pour a little water onto it prior to class and have no issues, especially once I get sweating. I bought one towel and loved the traction it gave to my OLD yoga mat. I bought a second one for my husband and it turned out to be less sticky. Still helps to not slip around so much, but the second towel doesn’t stay put as well. Still happy to extend the lives of our old mats by using these.
