It is an ok mat cover, very light with a soft microfiber material; therefore, it does not feel like a towel, and it is not as absorbent. The color is very nice, and it does not look like a cheap cloth. It lacks the necessary grip, so it is a bit slippery.

I recently bought this towel because the one I had previously just wasn’t cutting it! It was another one I got on Amazon and it was more of a waffle knit but it had rubber grips on one side. It would slide all over my mat during hot yoga and it was very distracting. I took a leap of faith here and I was nervous about the lack of grips on the towel but I used it for the first time yesterday and I cannot tell you how pleased I am! The towel didn’t even budge, and I didn’t get any of the color transfer or fibers like some of the reviews talk about!
