We bought this bed for our two kids and have loved it so far. It came with no package damages and all the parts were in the box. However, there are no extra pieces when setting it up so be very careful not to lose any! The setup was easy but for one person it did take about 1.5 hours to set up. The appearance overall is just as pictured. We ordered the black frame . I know there were reviews of squeakiness but so far we haven’t heard any. Definitely worth buying! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We got these for my daughter’s room because right now she & our son share because they never slept in separate rooms anyway. They’d been using trundle beds and it was a pain. We needed something low profile because the room is medium size and didn’t want to get a huge set that would overpower the bedroom. This bunk bed sets is perfect! It looks cute, is sturdy for 2 elementary age kids and their friends, and their 2 twin mattresses fit perfectly. Assembly was easy according to my husband and brother who put them together- it took them about 2 hours total, including their typical goofing around, without event. We got these for our twin 5 (soon to be 6) year olds. It took us about 2-2.5 hours to put this bunk bed together, but arrived quickly with all parts and no damage. It is sturdy, the top bunk is slightly wobbly (it's not going to fall apart or anything) and is to be expected since we got the twin over the full bed. I was a little nervous about purchasing this based on the price and some reviews but it exceeded my expectations. It's a perfectly safe bed (as long as you put it together right). All parts are labeled so it was fairly simple. I'd definitely recommend this bunk bed, there is plenty of room for our boys to grow for years to come. ... show more

First, I have to say, I put this together entirely by myself. It was a little challenging, but then I like a challenge. You do have to follow the instructions very carefully. Layout all the pieces and review the instructions from start to finish before you begin. If you’re one of those people who can’t follow a recipe, this might not be for you. Everybody’s got a skill, stick to yours. 😉 The bed is very sturdy. All the parts were included. The ladder is nice and stable. I specifically picked a bed with space under the bottom bunk, but that also wasn’t too tall so I could change the sheets on the top bunk without too much of a struggle.
