Only took about an hour to put together. Very easy. Packaging was heavy so you will need two people to move it inside where you are putting it together. The instructions were clear and not over complicated. They didn’t go into detail but gave you what you needed to get the job done with out feeling overwhelmed or lost. I didn’t get a picture of it completed without the mattress because I was excited to try it out. But it looks just like the pictures. It’s sturdy and the head up function moves a lot father than I expected. With the head all the way up and the feet all the way up I was kissing my knees 😂 it’s quiet and smooth. Ordered this bed frame about 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier!!! It was a bit tricky unboxing it but once all hardware was removed and laid out it was very easy to assemble. It did take myself and my fiancé to assemble but could be done with one person. Although it would take longer. Once it was all put together it was very easy to get programed with the memory setting and it's quiet while lifting and flattening. It's very durable and strong. I have no concerns that it could hold the weight promised by the manufacturer. It's very sturdy and solid. Plenty of space if you wanted to store underneath bed. As you can see, this is packaged to survive about anything that comes at it. The unit is very solid and well built. Also the instructions are easy to understand. I put the 4 sides of the frame together on the living room floor, and then moved it to the bedroom. This is when I realized I had an issue. Our bed has drawers under the footboard, and the legs at the end would have been inside both drawers. Spent quite a bit of time figuring out what to do. Definitely wasn't going to get it packaged back in the box to return it. Since we had purchased the adjustable leg unit, and my platform had already been modified with additional supports, I looked at sitting it directly on the platform. It was that, or cutting the drawers down, loosing the storage and making the drawer fronts decorative only. Ended up using a single 3" leg on each footboard corner, and 6 sections on each headboard corner (18" legs). The platform doesn't go all the way to the headboard, so I was able to use the extra leg sections to make them reach to the floor. The headboard was still 1 1/2" low, so I placed a 2x10 under the front legs to level the frame head to foot. That being handled, I assembled the rest of the frame, connected the electronics, and installed the mattress support planks. The mattress is about 4" higher than it was on just the platform, but everything worked out fine. The motors are very quiet. The comforter covers the frame and platform. The extra height isn't an issue, but it could be for some people. Plan on buying a queen size base of this same brand for the guest room. No under bed storage on it, so it should go must faster. ... show more

When you first open the box it can be overwhelming. But everything is clearly labeled and it has detailed instructions. Actually pretty easy to assemble. Took off one star because one of the leg hydraulics was installed backwards at the factory so it wouldn’t raise the bed. Had to take it apart and turn it over. But that Only took about 10 minutes. The H5 board for attaching to the frame is missing all the holes in it. I need to be able to get a replacement that has the holes pre-drilled. It would be great if someone contacted me on this. I am just getting to put it together today but ordered it on March 1, 2024.

The media could not be loaded. I received a product that I can’t use. There is a piece of the plug missing on top of that the screws on the bed don’t match up with the holes. I have put way more complicated pieces together than this and they are making it seem like I’m stupid. The holes don’t match up on either side the right side or the wrong side. We have flipped these board around from the right side to the wrong side. They have letters on the board so that you know exactly where they go. It’s not that many boards. My 10 year-old could put this bed together. They are off and you can’t screw the boards in only one board they sent matches. One of the boards the screw is so off that there’s no way you can get it to the hole. The others are all a couple of centimeters millimeters whatever I thought about drilling and making the holes bigger, but the screws won’t fit if I do that the hole will be too big then. I have a bed that I can’t use at all. I sent pictures and everything and they are asking me to do the same thing all three of us did. The bed is not that difficult to put together it’s not us it’s the holes on the board and I don’t have the other piece of the plug so even if I could get the boards to fit, how am I going to use it without the other piece of the plug? And before you ask, no, the plug was not in there we tore apart all the boxes to make sure we did not miss anything and there was nothing else in the box. ... show more
