The media could not be loaded. Greetings fellow Amazonians! I'm reviewing the product is the Twin XL Size Adjustable, Electronic Bed Metal Bedframe sold by SHA CERLIN purchased in early February of 2024. A bit of a background about me (as my background may align with yours): I'm an American, and I buy based on VALUE (i.e. good quality and functionality with a competitive price). With food costs having gone up 20-30%, I'm sure many fellow Americans understand where I am coming from (not to mention how exorbitant gas costs have gone up as well). I've used the Twin XL Size Adjustable Bedframe by SHA CERLIN for about a month now, and found it to FIT ALL MY NEEDS. It was easy to assembly (aside from the misaligned pre-drilled holes snafu), came with all the tools you need (although I would suggest a power screw to make the process much faster). The instructions were clear, and I was done in about an hour. As for every day use, it is great. There was not a time that the motor has stopped or froze which was one of my biggest concerns. The frame has never collapsed backwards when it was in an upright position, which was another concern of mine. It feels very sturdy, and I weight about 200 lbs. Overall, I WOULD PURCHASE THIS FRAME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT. Here is my update with the issue of misaligned holes: After emailing the seller, SHA CERLIN, via Amazon, I was surprised when they responded to my email quickly (and on a weekend as well!). SHA CERLIN apologized for the mishap, and instead of offering to send me new boards with the drilled holes in the correct places, SHA CERLI offered me a partial refund of $80 for the twin size bed. I'm fairly handy (when I want to be), so I accepted their offer. Once I accepted, they promptly refunded me via Amazon, and I was very satisfied with the refund. I filled up the holes, waited for it to dry and re-drilled and sanded the holes. It did take a full day's work, but I was very happy with the outcome. Here is my first review of this product: I found that after assembling for about an hour, I discovered two of the wooden planks (M and N) have pre-drilled screw holes that do not match up with the position of the holes in the frame. Furthermore, I found that I can not simply drill new holes, because the current, drilled and misaligned holes overlie where the new holes would need to be! I would I'm very disappointed and can not recommend this bed, because customers can not set it up with the way it current is! ... show more

Very Impressed with my Electric Adjustable Bed. My back was hurting quite a bit. I have Sciatica and it can be a bit intense. I wanted an electric bed but for the price I couldn't afford it. Never say that until you've researched Amazon. I am really enjoying this bed. Especially for TV in bed. I have learned to adjust my upper back and adding height to my feet and I am getting less pain in my back and sleeping much better. It is a lengthy process to put the bed together but just think if you had to pay for delivery and set up it could possibly cost you $500 dollars or more. Its not a one man job either and before you place the order it informs you of the weight 120 lbs and a 2 man set up. My son and grandkids set this up in about 45 minutes - 1 hour and they said it wasn't hard at all. Overall I thank the vendor for such a good bargain and I will continue to ENJOY this adjustable bed. Fairly easy to put together with thw help of the you tube video Took me and my husband 1.5 hours yo assemble The motion of it goes up and down perfectly. I would recommend. For the price it's a steal!

The 3rd party company was extremely hard to deal with. I wrote them that the item did not work and for 2 weeks they continued to give me the run around after I told them I would like to return due to defective item. They assured me it was not defective !!!! Then they stated if i returned it I would need to pay for postage (the item is 120lbs cost would be very expensive) then I would have to pay a $90.00 restocking fee (for a defective item ?) or I could get a $40 credit and keep the broken product! I addressed the issue with Amazon and they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist in getting me my refund. Thank you Amazon I however I would NEVER recommend this item from SHA CERLIN ... show more

I’m not a fan of the foot rest height it should go higher And the remote is hard to hold and jerky if you don’t press it really well But it does work pretty well otherwise
