The connection to the Oculus on my first head set would not stay attached. The plastic circle connections. This could cause the headset to get damaged. After bringing this to the companies attention they reached out to me. After I shared video and photos of issue not only did they issue a refund, but also a replacement headset for me to try. Having the new one now, I see that the first was just factory issue in building the peices, which happens! Definitely would recommend to others. Super comfortable and easy to use! ... show more
