Meets my minimal expectation and did meet my budget. The supplier was open to resolving an unexpected flaw in quality with one chair. Made the process less of a challenge to file a return and/or waiting for replacement parts. I already assembled the chairs and did not want to deal with damage or quality repair or replacement time. I would not recommend these chairs for weight over 200 lbs (small width on the chair seats). ... show more

The only ding in my book is that 2 of the chairs have uneven legs. I've taken them apart and reassembled them and still they wobble. Other than that, I love the look of them with my kitchen table and dining room. They are comfortable and having a matching set of chairs for my family to sit in is a wonderful thing. I also loved the ease of putting them together. Suggestion, line all screws up with their holes before securing screws in place. ... show more

We have had these for less than a year. On multiple chairs, I have had to re level at least one leg because the screws became loose. The padding in all 6 seats is already disformed (??) making them uncomfortable. Several times I have sat in the seat, normally, and heard cracking. **Unresolved issue with 1 chair with different height legs, pics attached** The chairs came very quick and I appreciated that, they didn’t take my husband too long to put together either so that was nice. They are very comfortable with the padding on the back and seat. The chairs are pretty sturdy as well which is needed because my kids can be rough with furniture. The only thing is I was pretty disappointed when we put all the chairs together and noticed one was wobbling immediately after assembly, we checked it numerous times and my husband took it apart and put it back together thinking it was an issue with assembly but it is a manufacturing issue of different height legs. ... show more

I like these chairs. 1 of the chairs leg cracked and we requested a replacement, which we received, but it was the wrong part. Needless to say we plan on repurchasing another chair because my family really likes them.
