Love the gray shade. It looks very classy in our living room. The size of the lamp is perfect on end tables beside the sofa. The electric and USB chargers on each lamp are super handy for plugging in a heated throw or charging a phone. And the onz/off for the lamp is controlled by just touching the base. I've had these lamps for awhile now and they still work and light up our bedroom nicely. Only downfall is the USB port. I bought this particular style so that I could have my charging cable on top of my nightstand, plugged in vs it being plugged into the outlet strip that sits behind our bed. The USB port Will charge my devices but it does so very slowly. I wanted to try plugging in my USB adapter into the lamps outlet but there is a hangover of the base of the lamp that interferes with getting a nice flush insertion.     • Love this light. BUT...
I really like this light and glad we purchased, BUT wish I had realized before hand that we can't use our smart outlets on these lights. We have 1 nightstand light plugged into a smart outlet to turn on at sundown, for security and convenience. However because these lamps are touch bases, once they turn off the can't be turned back on by the smart plug. Someone has to physically touch the base to turn it on. So one convenience (touch base) negates the other (smart plug). Oh well. Still love the look and 3 levels of light this lamp produces. ... show more
