These swank additions to my "dress-up" dinnerware were and are genuinely hand-crafted as there are no tell-tale seams in the glass anywhere and edge-cuts on the facets are clean as a whistle as well. They were washed by hand for the first time today (please don't use scrub pads or you will strip the gold leaf off the lips of these glasses): my verdict is that they are sufficiently rugged for restaurant service. Neman products are a cut above the norm usually available in the West but at 1/3 of the price. They ought well to be good for two or three generations or more.
