The shipping box and the box the glasses came in was not visably damaged but when I took the box out of the shipping box I could hear the rattle of broken glass. They work perfectly for entertaining. I purchased the lowball, highball, martini, and shot glasses. They are all beautiful and very high quality. I get compliments on them from all my friends and family. IMPORTANT: these are not dishwasher safe. It says right on the website and when you get them, and I missed that in both places. After the 2nd or 3rd time running them thru the dishwasher, the paint on the bottom of one of the lowball glasses started to come off. I was so upset and contacted JoyJolt thru their website to see if I could purchase just the pink glass that I needed, and they sent me a replacement for FREE. The customer service person was so nice. I told them I'd messed up and put it in the dishwasher, but they still didn't charge me. It arrived in less than a week.
