This is my 2nd one of these mattresses. I have a fused spine and this mattress is very comfortable for sleeping, chilling or whatever activity you choose. I unfortunately broke my left leg in Oct 2023 and then once it healed, I broke my right leg in Mar 2024. This has forced me to be bed bound the entire time using this mattress. I haven’t had any issues with my back or my legs the entire time. I have stayed as relaxed and comfortable as possible with this mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress due to cost, quality and overall comfort. If they continue to put out mattresses like this, I will continue to purchase Serta mattresses. ... show more

We love the mattress. It is a medium support memory foam mattress. Since it comes in a box, you really need one very strong person or two people to handle it. Be sure not to open it until you are ready to put it on your foundation or frame.

This mattress is very comfortable. Improved my sleep quality tremendously. My ONLY issue. I ordered this mattress on Prime Day at a discounted price. It was set to get here in about a week; it took much longer and kept getting delayed. Once it finally arrived we opened it up and realized it was a queen not the King sized mattress we ordered originally (the size was in VERY SMALL print on one of the packing stickers). The return policy states to follow Sertas return policy (Which is they will come pick up the wrong mattress and replace it or refund you); that did not happen. Contacted Amazon and they refunded me my money but told me I’d have to reorder and now my correct sized mattress won’t show up until Aug/Sept at the earliest and had to reorder at the inflated price since it’s no longer prime day (they said they will refund me the difference however I will have to be charged the original price and wait until I receive my mattress to get the second refund) ... show more
