I received these serger threads quickly and they were well priced, but they broke a lot, which meant I had to rethread the needle frequently. I have a top of the line sewing machine and it can be finicky with some threads, so I'm not sure if this would work well with a serger.

I loved this thread great price, quality hold true with the tension. Doesn't jam. Worked with my old settings didn't need to adjust anything. I just wish it had more combo packs of colors with neutrals. I own the white and black. Long short I'm very happy and my projects look great

I ran all 4 thread colors/cones through the upper looper on my Juki MO-654DE serger with no problems or breakage and then I ran all 4 colors on a 4 stitch overlock under tight tension to gather the fabric in my photo and only the left needle thread broke. My final experiment was to run the thread through 4 layers of a bag weight cotton canvas and it did fine. As for shedding I think it looks about the same as Maxi-lock. ... show more
