After a lot of research, I decided on this pole as a safe but affordable option. I’ve only had it set up for two days, but so far so good! It was relatively easy to set up (I did it alone with a ladder; would be easier with two, but I was successful solo). There was a very slight grinding noise when placed on spin, which I was able to resolve by loosening the screws for the top cover (not structural/only cosmetic). Honestly, I’m really satisfied. My only complaint is the pole pieces were labeled with sizes, and the directions referred to them by letter, so I had a little trouble knowing which piece was which. The iron ring was also loose so I didn’t know where to place it initially. Continuity in labeling parts would be helpful. Be safe everyone and happy dancing <3 ... show more

I was a bit skeptical of this at first because it's not necessarily reputable like xpole or lupit but those were way outside my budget. I ended up buying this and it came with all the parts! The box arrived in good condition and was discreet. This thing is pretty sturdy just make sure you are installing it under a ceiling joist (knock on the ceiling and find a spot that does NOT sound hollow). I (about a 100ibs) and my friend (about 150ibs) spin on it pretty fast and I can hit inverted/upside-down skills without any fear. I did put a dish towel on the ceiling since we are renters. The instructions are a bit confusing but the important part is that pole A is attached to the top dome; any extensions should be going at the base and NOT the top or middle. The metal is thick, no rust, screws did not strip, and pieces come together with seams that don't disrupt your grip. Me and my friend have been using it for about an hour a day, mixed stationary and spin (very smooth, can be a bit fast). So far no bends, creaking, or clicking (though the iron cover occasionally squeaks from rubbing against the pole). 100% worth the buy! ... show more

I love the gold. I didn’t want the standard silver. I’m going to break down how to put it together in the most effective way I can. It took only me. I’m sure you need two for a taller ceiling. I used all The pieces but one short one. Measure your ceiling with the poles. (The top black part I took a pic of extends to the ceiling..if any piece is too tall or doesn’t seem like it’s tall Enough just stick the long tool in and unscrew it and extend the black part as much or as little as needed. ) I didn’t use a stud finder but I’d recommend one. You will need a 🪜 1.Start with the base and the smallest part of the pole and loosen the screws in it to screw it down to the base then tighten back 2. Attach the next piece my hand is on( make sure the two holes are facing up and not down) 3. Attach the smallest pole first. Determine if you need both small pieces before moving to the big ones. 4. Once you get to the last one screw the silver piece on to the black part after you find the length. 5. Take the ceiling plate and insert it in the pole hold it to the ceiling with the straight tool inserted in the holes of the black piece and tighten it to the ceiling. If you want it in spin mode take the Allen key and unscrew the screws at the bottom of the pole and tighten it for no spin mode. Hope that helps ! ... show more

I ordered this used but it was listed in "very good" or "like new" condition (can't find the actual listing now). First of all, I recieved no gloves nor the instructional booklet so that was fun putting it together. Second, it's scratched up top to bottom in really obvious and ugly ways and I cannot understand how it got SO scratched up especially with the big thick ring all the way around the pole near the 7ft mark. Third, and I think this is ALL the serenelife poles because when I watched a YouTube video to put it together, the girl in the video had it happen too and said it was normal, the last foot of the pole not only doesn't spin but there's a gap between the cover that doesn't spin and the spinning pole so that's also ugly and kinda dangerous if you were to reach up too far. Finally, it makes a rubbing noise everytime it hits a certain spot. I could handle the scratches for the price, but the missing stuff and the rubbing noise... not really worth the money. I'd be happy to work with the seller on this but as it is I have to return it. ... show more

This product came with a defective piece. The allen screw in the base pole was off-center and so it was completely impossible to remove, which meant that the entire pole was impossible to assemble. If you buy this product, this is what you get. The customer service did not help with the issue. They did not provide a refund, even though the entire product was defective because of this. The only solution they offered was to have me repackage the entire thing and ship it back to them, which they would not re-imburse. Of course that was out of the question for me, and they didn't offer any other solution when I told them that. So I am out a lot of money for a product that I can't use or get a refund for, as well as several hours trying to troubleshoot their broken allen screw. I tried everything to get it loose, and even took it to a few hardware stores, but it was completely stuck because of a manufacturing error. The only help came from Amazon, which was able to provide a partial refund for the product. However, the maker of the pole was unable to help me at all. ... show more
