This item was great to sleep on. We bought it to sleep at my daughters house in Texas as I have knee issues and cannot sleep on a mattress that is low to the ground. We hd issues with product -1. Anyone sleeping with you, you feel them moving through out the night. So If only one sleeps on its great. 2. It loses air through out the night woke up with bruises from the pedalstool that holds it above the ground. 3. The third night it completely stop holding air and was making that hissing sound when air is escaping and this was at about 1 am that we woke to finding ourselves in the middle on barely any air in the mattress, so spent the rest of the night on the couch in recliner chairs, so to say the reast of the night not a great. Got very little sleep Spent most of that night searching for new air bed as we were not Home and a replacement bed would not come in time before we had to leave our daughters house. Otherwise it was easy to set up and easy to put away. Return was easy but had planned on leaving this bed with my daughter but had to bring it back to our Home state AZ to ship it back as had no box that could fit it but thank goodness I had not broken down the box it came in yet. ... show more

I’m very impressed with this bed. 1. It’ sa quick set up, 2. All you do is plug it in and it sets itself up 3. deflating is quick and it folds itself up. This is truly the definition of an Ez bed. I highly recommend it, it’s perfect for sleep over guests, your guest will sleep well.

The bed is comfortable and easy to assemble. The pump settings allow you to choose the firmness of the bed. The bed assembles as the pump inflates it. It’s easy for one person to set it up and take it down. Storage is easier too because it automatically fills the storage container as it deflates. You are higher off the floor than with a regular blow up mattress so you don’t have problems getting off the bed. Bought this when we moved and needed a bed for a week. Simple set up and take down, and we found it very comfortable. Love that it is all one piece and zip it up and roll it in closet. Love it. UPDATE We bought this product in June of 2023 and used it for one week and loved it as my first review stated. Did not use it again until Sept 2024 when our son came for a visit. This bed had been stored in our closet until then. On the second night he used it it split on a seam by the pump. We contacted customer service sent them photos and they asked for more photos so we sent them. They got back to us and said that the warranty was up so couldn't help. In that case I ame changing my review to 0 on the quality of this product. For the price we paid I would hope we would have gotten 9 nights of use. Bought this for a guest room. It inflates easily, but after having it set up for a week with no one sleeping on it, I see that it leaks slowly. Added a 3” foam topper and guest said it was comfortable. Easy to set up or store.

I purchased this because we needed an extra bed for a week. (and to have a spare bed in the future) It worked great. Setup is just like advertised on the video. It's compact and light, yet sturdy and appears to be durable. It was setup every night and stored in the mornings so it got quite a bit of use. Purchased the queen size Serenelife EZ Bed with blue mattress and black exterior on August 2023 for my brother who visits occasionally. I added an Allswell bed topper which made it comfy. My brother who is 6' 2" tall , average frame, and weight says it's comfortable. It's been used four times. Pros: Nice bed height, stays inflated, comfy, black case hides dirt, and easy to inflate/deflate. Cons: Heavy to roll/lift in the case and not the easiest to get back into the case after deflating for us older folks. Would recommend. ... show more

I bought this Aug. 2023 so like anything else seasonal I used it in Sept for a guest 2 days. It was great. Put it away and took it out again this Aug. For a guest. 1 night was fine and then it started losing air quickly. I did the leak test with windex and low and behold, just like another user mentioned there is a leak by the air control panel. They said you cant patch that area anyway I didn't get any patches with my order. I am contacting the seller. I will update once I get a reply or a solution. If I get no answers I will update that as well. Update - So I am back to update, as others mentioned I too have heard nothing back from the company or seller. Another update- I finally heard from the company. They asked a lot of questions and wanted photos. I will update again with any news. Last update- finally heard back after I submitted everything they asked for and was basically told thanks for submitting everything but too bad. ... show more
