Loved the new fountain but there was some minor damage during shipping. Nothing bad enough to be returned but there is a very minor leak. The evaporation from my last fountain lost water faster than this leak so I am keeping it. Pump and lights worked as expected.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this waterfountain!! Very well built, easy to assemble and looks expensive. I've had many neighbors come by and tell me how much they love it and the way it sounds. EDIT***** DO NOT BUY!! THE COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND!! BOGUS! Probably why the company opened up another page. I used this waterfall for 1.5 months. Cleaned it, brought it in for winter. Plugged it back in mid May and noticed a slow leak. I searched everywhere for it, thinking I could just fix it. I found it in the base and no way to repair. I emailed the company may 31st, no reply. Contacted Amazon June 3rd, in which they contacted the company on my behalf. June 8th and still no response from company. They have a 12 month warranty for defects. I contacted my credit card and am now disputing the charges! We purchased the fountain for our covered patio area. The look, size and color are perfect for our area. The sound is soothing and relaxing. I did add a few seashells, to match our decor, and it made the sound even nicer! I also added some artificial greenery to the top, on both sides; which gave it a finishing touch. I am however, VERY disappointed it LEAKS, due to a hairline crack in the base. I started to fill out the form to get a replacement, only to find out I am expected to package it back up and find a place to take it to!! It is NOT a lightweight package and due to its size, it is very awkward. I am asking for a replacement, due to a defect in their product, they should be picking it up, not expecting me to take it somewhere! ... show more

I am very pleased and satisfied with this beautiful fountain as well as the customer service from the seller. really fall in love with the white noise of the water. it seems really sturdy and has good quality lighting. I wish they made larger and higher version but I would recommend it to anyone.

The first one we received was not working properly. I contacted the vendor and they reached out to resolve the problem asap. I told them that it was not holding the water and I had to keep refilling it and they provided clear steps to resolve the issue. None of the steps resolved my issue and they quickly offered a new fountain at no extra cost. I got to keep the old one as a decoration.
