Update: After posting my review (shown below), their customer service team reached out to me and made it super easy to resolve the issues I had. It is easy to understand that sometimes things can happen, and I’m so glad I gave them a second chance because they definitely made it right! They were great to work with, and I WOULD recommend them because of it! Original review: Item arrived on time and looks great. Ordered in April 2023. At first, the water flow was stronger than expected and caused tiny splashes onto the ground, which didn’t bother me since it was on my patio. The sound was super quiet and I could barely hear it from 6 feet away, which was a little disappointing since I had been hoping to be able to hear the relaxing “babbling” of the water, but others may appreciate that. Unfortunately, within a month, the water flow decreased significantly and the tallest section quit working. About a month later the middle section’s water flow dropped to barely a trickle. Then, just a couple days ago (end of June) the middle section quit working and the bottom section is barely a trickle. I have emptied and refilled it, cleaned the pump, used the recommended water fountain cleaner, but no improvement. Since I didn’t get more than a couple months use out of it, I would NOT recommend it to anyone, which is too bad because it really looks great. ... show more

I wanted to hear the water trickling over the surface and into the reservoir. This fountain is very nice, attractive and quiet. Fortunately for me, my friend loved it and bought it from me and I got another one that made the sounds I wanted to hear.
