I received the chair in two boxes. I put it together in about 15 minutes. Plugged in both plugs. Everything worked as it should. The chair required no tools whats ever, and everything came in the box. The button on the side controls the tilt backwards and also powers the chair upward in the other direction. It also comes with a remote control that controls the heat function and eight individual massagers. There are multiple massaging functions. I bought this for my mother she fractured her hip. She is 5’2 and needed a lift chair for assistance to get up. I don’t know how long it’ll last but for the money this is a great deal and a very nice product. I wouldn’t think twice about buying it if it’s something that you need. It’s not pillow soft but it’s very comfortable! It is firm/medium soft. That makes for a very nice chair to pick you up with, so you don’t slide. It also has a USB port on the control for charging which is also very nice. I am 6’5” 270 pounds. I fit in it but would not recommend this chair for my size. 6’2 or smaller for height would be better. I do have to say the chair had no problem picking up my weight effortlessly and very quiet. Firstly, delivery was very quick. It came in 2 boxes. Instructions for assembling were very simple my teenage son assembled most of it. All we had to do was slide 2 hand rest first then slide in back of seat and attach few wires and put 4 screws on bottom no tools needed. Recliner is super comfy and frame is strong, sturdy and well made. Quality is decent and size is perfect for any living room. It has heat mode, high low intensity, timer and 5 different modes for massage at your finger tip on remote control. It reclines perfectly and for senior citizen who have trouble getting up from sofa this one elevates up high which makes it easy and safe for senior to stand up using button on side. It also has USB port to hook up electronics and charge cell phone. There 2 pockets located on side for magazine which was very thoughtful. I am enjoying this chair. This is the second chair like this. I had to send the first one back because of poor design. The thigh vibrators had no padding and they were right at the surface of the seat and cut into the back of my legs. This chair and the prior chair are manufactured by the same manufacturer, even though they are sold under different names. This chair has padding and the thigh vibrators are deeper in the chair.     • NOT worth the money. Bad product and poor customer service.
I bought this chair for post op comfort and recovery. It arrived quickly and was attractively made. However, before a month had passed this chair had so many problems. Aside from the vibration and heat function being non-existant, the chair began creaking and groaning during reclining and inclining. A spring also began pushing up through the fabric in the seat. The seller has been a nightmare during the return process. They have emailed me non-stop with questions and requests for photos. Since I had surgery, I cannot get on the floor to take the photos they requested. Instead of being understanding they informed me that could not proceed without this and wouldn’t refund. Luckily, Amazon interceded and got them to accept a return. BUT the seller would not provide a return label or a pick up! It’ll cost more than $100 to ship this defective chair back to them. It has been a terrible and stressful experience. I wish I’d spent $200 more and bought a chair from a seller with more ratings. Save yourself the headache. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. ... show more

After about 2 weeks, it appears that the seat cushion is starting to collapse and has caused pain in my lower back. I would probably had sent it back if I didn't already get rid of the shipping boxes, Update , 08/03/2023, Chair has continued to cause back issues and now the mechanism makes a loud squeak when operating up and down. Sadly, it appears that I am going to have to replace this chair, such a waste of $500+, it has now been over 6 weeks and the chair still squeaks and now I can feel massage or heat elements through the cushion and still causes back pain. I have not had a response from the manufacturer of the chair since original complaint a month ago. ... show more
