Not only a beautiful set and cooks great but as the handle requires to be attached they supply a nice full size screwdriver to do it. I purchase many items that require assembly such as furniture and gas grills which requires you to use your own tools to assemble and they cost hundreds more than this cookset. Even each separate cookware accessory piece ordered came with another full size screwdriver. Nice! ... show more

I've only used this cook set for a week, but so far everything is great. I love the look, feel and how easy they are to clean. My set had a missing screw that holds the handle to the skillet. I contacted customer service and they did a two day delivery of a new handle and screw. We have a pan from this brand that happens to be the family favorite so ordering a set at this awesome sale price was a no brainer…so I thought. Unfortunately this was packaged and shipped with little to no care. I ordered the SENSARTE Nonstick Ceramic Cookware Set 13-Piece from Amazon in White Ceramic and I’m missing several parts. I received 2 sauce pan handles that don’t fit the larger pans at all and I only needed 1. I’m missing 2 handles for the fry pans. 2 out of 4 pots are now useless until this company decides to get back to me. I’m extremely disappointed and was looking forward to tossing our old pots and pans tonight!! ETA: Customer service shipped what I needed very quickly and I’m now able to fully utilize this set. Happy with my purchase despite the hassle! The non stick feature of the pans are amazing and we’ll always buy these! ... show more

I am wild about these pans. The smallest one is perfect for 2-3 eggs in the morning. They heat up quickly and evenly, are lightweight, the handle stays cool, and are trivial to clean. Also, not teflon! So far after daily use for 3 months, not one scratch. I bought them for my adult kids, and for our neighbor, I thought they were that good. The set is perfect. Really, I can't think of a single bad thing to say, and I'm picky about pans. Oh, and they come with a full size Phillips head screwdriver (to attach the handle). ... show more

These are amazing. Heavier than expected. Nothing sticks nor stain. I work from home I left some farro cookimg on the stovetiop amd went to my homeoffice to cont work. Needless to say. My husband got the 9" skillet last year and it works wonderful for omelets and over easy eggs, so I decided to try the entire set. I haven't had anything stick to them yet and they wipe out pretty easily, I have even forgot a pan on the counter for several hours. They are heavy and I love the wood handles. I bought the 1.5 qt pan separately to complete the set. I only use silicone or wood utensils and none of the finish is peeling. (even on the 10 month old skillet) ... show more
