The bike came packaged nicely. I WAS so pleased to see an electric bike for sale whose specs were suitable for my need, as I am a big guy, When assembling the Victrip, I saw the ACTUAL specs, and, the weight capacity in their manufacturer's manual states a maximum of 220 lbs. Amazon's description states 330 lb. capacity. I was a bit dismayed. I contacted Amazons c/s and with some work, on their side, I was contacted by a rep from Victrip who stated that the 330lb. capacity was, indeed, correct, even though their manual states 220 lb. The bike sure seems to be well built. The assembly book was a bit vague, but there were updated info tags attached to the areas where the book fell short. I got this not really thinking much just needed a decent bike to get to work and back. I found this on a black Friday sale and paid around $300 for it. What I’ll say is if you’re a beginner to e-bikes or you haven’t been on a bike for a while it’s an excellent choice. If you’ve built a bike or are pretty handy with tools then just get a lil loctite, it’s fairly easy to assemble but if you struggle there’s a good video from likebike on YouTube showing how to build the bike. If you’re not very keen on building things then maybe take it to a shop and they’ll know what to do. If you’re an experienced bike rider you probably won’t be too impressed by this but for what it’s worth you can’t really complain. Decent gear shifting although I had the chain pop once. Nice leather lock on grips. Mounting holes for a front rack and holes on the rear rack allowing for customization. Plastic fenders that do a good jobs at dampening the noise. I would say the battery life can last you a few hours but i haven’t ran it through in one run. It goes at most 21 and maybe a little higher if you mess with the settings but nothing too fast. Looks nice and like a normal bike from a distance, fairly comfortable but maybe want a different seat if you have lower back problems and plan on going on long rides. Some slight issues like squeaky breaks, thin tread(it’s an citybike not a mountain bike 😅), slight delay in power at lower battery, no chain cover(if you like having one that is), and slightly bent fender rods. Overall functions great or at least as it’s supposed to. I really enjoy and have already customized mine and been looking to upgrade to a faster bike ever since. Definitely recommended! ... show more

I love this bike. The first e-bike I got was stolen to replaced it with this one and I like it even better! The low bar in the middle makes it so easy to mount and dismount. It comes with front/back lights too. The only thing I would say is that the frame of the bike is wide which gives it a nice sleek look but that means you can't attach things like water bottle holders to it. But I worked around that and really love it! ... show more
