The bike came packaged nicely. I WAS so pleased to see an electric bike for sale whose specs were suitable for my need, as I am a big guy, When assembling the Victrip, I saw the ACTUAL specs, and, the weight capacity in their manufacturer's manual states a maximum of 220 lbs. Amazon's description states 330 lb. capacity. I was a bit dismayed. I contacted Amazons c/s and with some work, on their side, I was contacted by a rep from Victrip who stated that the 330lb. capacity was, indeed, correct, even though their manual states 220 lb. The bike sure seems to be well built. The assembly book was a bit vague, but there were updated info tags attached to the areas where the book fell short. This Evike seems to be very well built and durable. The braking system is awesome and the bike shifts gears really well. My only issue is the language issue when reading Chinese translated instructions. There is minimal assembly, but even that was made somewhat difficult due to difficulty understanding instructions which were also limited. Overall, I’m glad I made this purchase. ... show more

Bought this for my son who moved back in with us recently, and he is thrilled! He put it together in less than an hour and rode it around for a bit then he charged the battery and tried it out again. Really likes it!

Very affordable and well built. Got 103 miles on it so far. Battery on full charge with minimal pedal assist can get up to 15-18 miles, depending on the temperature.

I bought this bike because of the price. This is my 2nd Ebike. It has a built in battery shut off when not in use. They told me to just push the green power light to use it. But I have to charge it whenever it sits for a few hours. So I can't ride it to work or anywhere else I may want to stay for awhile. This was not listed in the sales description. ... show more
