The LikeBike Seeker S proved to be a reliable companion on our recent 16-mile bike excursion, even with the added challenge of towing our 5-year-old daughter. Assembly was a breeze, with straightforward instructions. However, one minor hiccup arose: the manual neglected to mention the need to hold the power button for 8 seconds to toggle the battery. Overall, the Seeker S delivered a smooth ride and handled the extra load admirably, making it a suitable choice for family outings. My wife really likes the shade of blue. One other challenge with the bike is from its form factor as its a "step thru" style frame This means there is no top tube and the slanted tube is the batter so there is nowhere to mount a water bottle that you can drink from while riding. I found a clamp on type works great for the stem to mount a water bottle though. ... show more

Unboxed and assembled four hours ago. Assembly was fairly straightforward; though the instructions really leave it up to your imagination. Lost points there. I’ve never assembled a bike before, but I had it together in an hour and a half if I include the unboxing time. It comes fairly well assembled, and I could do another one in forty five minutes. My bike unfortunately arrived missing the top cap for the steering wheel, resulting in a loose headset, noticeable upon braking- the forks shift forward. I have contacted the manufacturer for a new one and look forward to hearing back from them soon. I put 8 miles on the bike following assembly. With a trailer behind and a toddler in tow, I messed around with the gear settings and PAS settings. Our 8 mile ride depleted about a quarter of the battery- with a great deal of uphill riding at the end of our journey. The PAS system was kept primarily between 3 and 5. I feel confident that as I become more intuitive with my gear shifting I’ll be able to extend that range quite a bit. I’m sure towing a toddler behind me also played a large role. Bicycle components overall seem pretty decent. Shimano shifter works well, no stripped screws or anything of the sort. The disc brakes do rub a bit and are going to need adjustment. As for the electrical components go- the screen is really nice. The motor has an enjoyable hum to it. The throttle is not all too powerful on its own, I would not rely on it. The PAS settings really shine on this though. I don’t feel forced by the bike at all when I use any of the settings. I was concerned initially that the bike may be a bit too forceful with the cadence sensor- but this has not been the case whatsoever. I’m very happy with this fact, as I wanted a bike with a torque sensor but did not have the budget for it. Overall, I couldn’t be much happier with this bike for the cost. ... show more

I love my Likebike! We took it to a hilly campground in Louisiana. It was smooth and easy to use. It charged in about 4 hours. I can't speak for how long the charge lasts, since I used it intermittently on the camping trip and only use it at home about once a week. I couldn't find a whole lot of instructions, but I understand it enough to charge it, unplug, turn it on, start pedaling by clicking it to a low gear using the hand-clicker gear control, then push the + button to start the electric assist, then choose a speed using the + button. It does go up to 20 mph. On some bigger hills I had to start pedaling along to get it up the hills, but it sure was a lot easier than an old-fashioned bike! Love it. ... show more

I like the bike. I feel like you get a lot for what you pay for. However, the front of the bike feels wobbly and I have to take it into the Bicycle Shop to see what's going on with it. Also, the screws are of poor quality because they strip very easily. Other than that, the bike is great and you get a lot of features. I like that the rear light blinks when I am braking and I like that the front light is very bright. It even has a horn so I don't have to install a bell now. I also like that it came with a rear rack and I have the option to purchase a front and rear basket from their website. I also like the little display that tells me the speed that I am traveling at. This bike took me about 45 minutes to put together. To turn it on you have to press and hold the button on the battery for 6 seconds and then press and hold the button on the handlebar for 2 seconds. After it was assembled, I took it out for a test ride at 9pm. The headlight is very bright and I love the pedal assist. I changed the mph from 20mph to 32mph and it works! I added two items. #1 a new seat. I like big seats. #2 a carry bag. Everything else came with the bike. This is my first ebike, so I can not compare it with another brand. IMO it is worth the money and I would recommend it. I am waiting for the company to release a spare battery pack. I would love to carry another one with me for backup. I have received many compliments on it and even had a niece say she wishes she bought one like mine instead of the more expensive brand she ordered. I am completely satisfied with this product. I will be taking it on a camping trip this week and a beach ride next week. If anything changes about my view on this bike, I will update it on here asap. ... show more

This bike is fun and I thought a good deal , until my 4th ride. The tire popped after less than 2 months and 4 actual rides. Not riding on Main Street only in a residential subdivision. I have contacted the seller. I’m hopeful I get a response because this should not be happening with a new bike with barely any usage ... show more

My son loves the bike. He gets 20 miles on the battery. Had a problem with the battery locking mechanism but the company jumped right on it and resolved the problem. Very quick and responsive. Going through Google communications ran into a hiccup. Seller sent a return label but I couldn’t print it from my iPad. Had to use a PC. All in all a great company.
