Cheap product, save your money and buy something better. Can’t be serviced. After using about 2 dozen times the Corkscrew starts to go in at an angle, and cork is difficult to remove, feels as if the bottle will break. Doesn’t function well. Don’t waste your money.

After 3 months it started having trouble removing corks. At 4 months it's very slow and can barely remove a cork. This is my 2nd one. The first one which was stainless steel lasted 2 years. I deducted 1/2 star because you have to be strong when you are aiming the corkscrew down the cork. It kept slipping around on me, so it took a bit longer than it should.
