Fantastic, easy installation. Power cables were long enough to let me easily cable-manage even in my super-ATX case. Love the little things, like the cable ties that come with the PSU. Easy to install, cables are easy to use especially thanks to the fully modular part. Comes with all cables needed and more. Design is good and sturdy. A friend reccomended seasonic, says he has used them for a while and never had issues. I got the 1000watt for future upgradability since it wasnt that much more money, and they have a ten year warranty so it's great for future proofing. The warranty is great and the product is of great quality! I've bought many different brands of PSU's in the past and it's crazy how high the failure rate can be on some of the big name budget offerings. This Seasonic PSU has virtually imperceptible inductor noise, at much higher and less perceptible frequencies. Relative to the old PSU the Seasonic is as stable and accurate as it gets. Below 12.1v idle and above 11.9v under load on the 12v rail, no significant change anywhere else. Not seeing any major fluctuations although I haven't scoped it for ripple. The fan is noiseless from what I can tell. The cabling is high quality and independently installed, resulting in less clutter after the build. It may be four years old, but it is a premium PSU. Sends a power surge through my battery surge protector that shuts of my Roku cable when powering down. Doesn't seem to be harming anything, but kinda concerning. Just annoying and I hope it doesnt cause problems later down the road. Very quiet and seems durable.
