This screwdriver set is a great value. The screwdrivers are encased in a hard plastic mold that keeps them from rolling around in your tool box. You can easily see when one is missing. The case itself has no actual lid or cover but it comes with a thin clear plastic cover for packaging that snaps on and off, and it can be used as a dust cover if you want. It fits great in the small right-side drawers of a Harbor Freight 44in box. The metal is strong and the tips fit exactly as they should into the fasteners. The handles are comfortable and don't want to slip out of my hands. I wear XL size rubber gloves and these handles are comfortable for me to grip. The tips aren't the strongest magnets out there but they do the job. If you have a Snap-on box and Mac ratchets and Blue Point this and Matco that, if you want to torque them with a wrench or whack them with a hammer... these are not for you. Go get you a matching $300 set of screwdrivers. If you want a quality set of screwdrivers that can be used for every day repairs or woodworking, with a drawer organizer (it's closer to an "organizer" than a "case") for less than $30... you just can't find a better option than these. ... show more

I did some checking around on other brands. They did not have the same number of tools and cost alot more. The set and it's carrier fit right in my tool box drawer just fine.

My son and I have alot of electronics and glasses we have to change batteries in or tighten the screws on. This is a very nice set of screw drivers that fit everything we need them for. The first order that came had one bent screw driver in it. I asked for a exchange from amazon and 2 days later got a set with no bent screw drivers. Great price and great customer service as always from amazon. Would recommend this set. Just make sure to check all the screw drivers right away. ... show more

Great tool kit! Perfect for all those miscellaneous projects that pop up where a normal screwdriver is too big. I love being able to grab the kit knowing I will have the right size tool for disconnecting wires on a circuit board, fixing sunglasses, etc..... I saw a few negative reviews on this tool kit. I can't imagine what projects the people with negative reviews were working on. I suspect they were misusing the application for these tools.... ... show more

I've recently purchased these screwdrivers for a DIY project and I must say that they are excellent with one exception. The type of tip is not marked anywhere on the handle. If you were to carry several of them in a tool belt it can frustrating when you need a Phillips head and pull out a slotted tip blade. Too bad because these screwdrivers work great otherwise. I took a Sharpie and marked them but I don't know how long it will last before it rubs off. The handles are quite comfortable and ergonomically fits the hand well. I was particularly impressed with how well the Phillips tip fit a screw. The oxide coating is starting to wear a little bit, but I've been using the heck out of the #2 Phillips on some really tight screws. They come in a nice plastic carrying case although I would not use if I was working on a ladder. Its great for organizing storing in a tool chest, etc. Overall, without the tip markings these screwdrivers should be rated 4 1/2 stars. ... show more

Size: Precision 9PCS
These screwdrivers are too long for fine close up Eyeglass repair. The added Length makes contact with the screw difficult since you have to adjust your pivot to sit flat on the screw head or strip the fine screws, a major negative in the performance area. This factor is a problem since it adds the difficulty of keeping the screwdriver dead set on the screw head and one wrong degree of deviation will ruin, the screw, keep in mind that these drivers are made of S2 (?) steel which is much harder than the screw you're working on and as a result a deformation of the screw head will be the end factor. I really wish that made these drives shorter since the do have potential. Now on the case......Can't see the drivers size and it seems that this case was an afterthought in design and production it is also design for 7 drivers not 8, sure, it's good looking but in function it fails miserable since it's so close to being great. Sure this is a cheap set of drives and I should of bought something better had I known the shortcomings of this set. But damn! So close to being a much better set if only a little more attention was applied to the end process, I would have paid more without any resentment and the unpleasant surprise...set does look good, but good looking doesn't make a good product. I am sure that for other applications this set will be great, hence the 3 stars...not here though. ... show more
