I've had my canopy for roughly about 5 years and the original cover was starting to tear in a few places. I was thinking of just buying a new canopy not realizing that these covers existed. I felt bad getting rid of the metal frame knowing that it still functions perfectly and just on a whim decided to do a search for canopy cover replacements and stumbled on this. Right out of the box you can tell that this cover is built way better. The material is much thicker and just feels like it can take a beating. It doesn't come with any instructions but install is pretty much self-explanatory. Just make sure that the velcro straps are not getting pinched when you close the canopy up. I would not strap them in super tight. Just make sure that the velcro has enough material to stick but not entirely hugging the bars. If you feel any resistance stop and take a look as it will most likely be the strap and is you force it, it will snap the strap. Just slide the strap over and it should work. I only had to do this in the very beginning and so far have use the canopy several times without having to readjust the strap. The strap themselves I feel are on the cheaper side but as long as you don't snap them during the install it should work fine. We were even at my son's soccer game on a very windy day (so windy a few people with umbrella type shades that you stake into the ground ended up flying) and the straps held in just fine. The other thing that might bother some people is the logo is somewhat large. It's not a big deal for me though. You can always put a large sticker on top of it if it really bugs you. For me it doesn't. I'm more about functionality and this definitely works and I highly recommend it. ... show more

I couldn't find a replacement Coleman canopy for my 10x10 sun shelter EZ up. The frame is in great condition and very heavy duty. This canopy fit PERFECTLY! Almost better than the original, actually. I really needed it for rain protection more than anything and while I haven't tried it in a downpour yet, it seems to be much thicker and sturdier than the original one which served us for many years. Needed to replace the top on my EZ-UP Regency 12x12 straight leg tent. Quality of the material is great, it was nice to have other color options other than blue. The fit was great, it has alot of features my original top did not have. Best might be the air vent at the top and the velcro straps to keep the sloped part of the top tight to the frame so when it rains, the water doesn't pool up as easily. The canopy seems to be made of good material. Construction is good, Color is good. My only complaint is the fit. On my (measured) 10ft. x 10 ft. frame it was all I could do to install it. It is simply too tight. To add an additional inch or half-inch could not increase the manufacturing cost by much and would make the fit perfect. The canopy has multiple Velcro strips to fasten it to the frame, so a small amount of play would not be detrimental. I'm not the first person with this complaint. ... show more

This canopy cover (top) is BETTER than the one I got when I purchased the EZ pop-up canopy new. This is vented, well made, fits perfectly, and is fairly priced. Where I come from, that is called EXCELLENT!!! (This is a good product, I suggest that you get one.)

I bought this to replace the ripped canopy from last season. It says it fits 10x10 but it was way too loose. I dragged my feet on the return and now I've missed the window to return this item. Maybe I'll find some other use for it. Don't buy - does not fit well.

At first glance, it looked like this cover was going to be very durable. It was easy to set up and looked great. HOWEVER, there are no drain holes for rain! We had rain, it pooled water on one side of the cover and got too heavy. When I went to push up on it to manually drain it, my entire canopy frame snapped from the added weight of the water. Had to completely throw the frame away, which wasted a ton of money for both the frame and the crappy canopy. Bought another 10x10 from Academy and it's much more durable and the canopy is thicker with drain holes. ... show more
