This was the correct measurements but I didn’t realize the corners were different than the one I have so it fit a little off. It still works alright but I liked my old one a little better. We purchased a gazebo back in 2016 and it was time for a new canopy, without having to break the bank purchasing a whole new gazebo. This was fairly easy to install. I used the clips for extra reinforcement since it is windy where I live. Other than that, the material is very thick, like a canvas material.
