I was pleased to see that this replacement cover was less expensive and better quality fabric than the Regency II Gazebo I bought at Ocean State Job Lot 3 years ago. The fit was perfect, and I loved having the option of navy blue instead of just beige. It arrived on June 24 and we put it up within a week. It’s now July 20 and I noticed that the top has already faded to beige! Canopy was an exact replacement for the original that had deteriorated from age. The choice of different colors was a great option. Installation was the same as the original. A great option if your frame is still in good condition and you don't want to spend the money to buy a complete new gazebo.

The overall dimensions were actually a big larger than the cover it replaced, so its a bit looser on the frame. Not so loose it will blow off but obviously not an exact match. In addition it was not possible to fit the frame through the top middle opening because the opening was too small. It was a compromise to use versus return but for us we are not that picky about it. I disliked that it came in a neutral box & the inside plastic bag did not have any instructions or labeling on the bag to even say what it is or the size!! I am assuming that it is what I ordered but cannot confirm this until I attempt to put it up-not planning to do that until next season so I sure hope I will be satisfied!
