We have taken this out for picnics and for tea at home, is very small but we just keep making tea and the color changing cherry tree is exciting, but, better to hand wash gently otherwise the paint starts coming off

So beautiful. We had so much fun watching it change colors. It does take time and boiling water but as the tea steeps the white turns from a pale pink to a very vibrant pink. Travel bag is very nice too with foam to protect the set when traveling.

The tea set appears to be well constructed. I like that you the pieces fit together well with you being able to put leaf tea in the inner cup and when you pour the tea, the inner portion of the tea pot moves so that you do a clean pour. The only thing that surprised me was the size of the cups. The cups in the white set remind me of the tiny cups in a child's tea set rather than being adult size. The cups look small online but appear much smaller, at least to me, in person. Other than the cup size the set works well. I like that it has its own carrying case. ... show more

I love this little travel tea set! My grand loves it too, and we gave one to my daughter. I came here to upgrade this item to five stars. The seller is amazing and reached out when I asked a question, they really do care about your happiness. The little tea set is a joy to use and although it is porcelain and it can break, it still works well when camping. We felt like we were drinking from very fine china. Highly recommend this item. I gifted this to my 11 y/o daughter on Easter because she had been wanting a tea set. She loved the lucky cat design and color. It’s a very nice tea set. The cups are small and allow the tea to cool quickly. We’ve had several tea parties and dessert with this set.

Love it. The only thing I would recommend is to expand the case and add a thermos for hot water. I added a shoulder strap and clipped on a thermos.

The tea set is beautiful and works well. It does take a few attempts to set up correctly but I like it a lot. The tea tray is pretty awful. It broke within a week (the bamboo platform snapped) and it molded super quickly. Still worth the cost for the tea set and case (which is not the highest quality but works well). ... show more
