No problems with packaging or delivery. Characters were a little smaller than expected, but a cute set nonetheless. This is a great toy manufacturer, so I was surprised that the elf‘s right arm fell off the first day. I have re-installed the arm (snapped right in), but it keeps falling off. Kind of expensive for a gift that was, essentially, broken when received. Packaging has been thrown out so can‘t return, and recipient is still playing with the other characters. They are so cute and detailed but the blue dragon was missing in our set so that was a bummer but my daughter loves it I’m just still trying to figure out how to get the blue dragon that was missing.
