Love these! I suffer from 20 years of abuse and am depressed and anxious daily. I usually practice mindfulness with a fidget, but I decided to try something that would work with smell. These are incredible! Each balm has a distinct smell that is lovely and not too powerful. I first applied the Be Happy balm to my pulse points (wrists and neck) and I instantly felt the effects.
