I'm so disappointed that at this price point that this candle burns at such an accelerated rate. The scent certainly wasn't anything special either, although it wasn't offensive. Overall happy with these candles, although I am worried that the wicks won’t make it to the bottom. I find that I have to clip the wick while it’s still hot to get the best result, which usually ends up falling into the wax and getting stuck there. But if I don’t trim it then, it curls back into the wax and needs to be dug out and clipped before I can use it again. That’s the reason for the * in my review title, it’s a good value if I only get partial use out of it, but if I can game the wick and burn it to the bottom? Great value! Wish me luck. ... show more

No smell, burnt for a few hours and it did not melt even so now there’s a deep hole and half wasted. Should be priced at no more than $5.00 wood wick makes no sound like all other wood wicks make, just another dull candle that has basically no sent. Wouldn’t buy another ever.

    • Not 100% Soy Wax

I was excited to get home from work and light one of these candles to relax after a long day. Unfortunately nothing about these candles was what I expected. First these candles are definitely not 100% soy wax. I have some sort of sensitivity to candles with Paraffin wax in them and get headaches. Which is why I only buy 100% soy even though they are usually more expensive. These gave me a headache soon after lighting them so there's definitely paraffin in them. The scents are nice when you open the lid, But when you light them there's almost no scent in the room. Not even a tiny bathroom. Its almost like there's no candle lit, other than the headache I got from the paraffin. The jar also gets extremely hot, like so hot you will burn your hand if you try to move it. To top it all off, which should have been the first red flag was there's a misspelled word on the box, something you typically see when the items are cheap items from china. Doubt I can return a candle that has been lit, but will not be using any of these 4 so in the trash they go. Save yourself some trouble and buy a candle from a reputable, actually hand poured vendor. ... show more

It’s a cute candle. I was hoping the pumpkin vanilla candle would smell like pumpkin, or vanilla. Or both. Unfortunately, it smells mostly like cinnamon (to me). Unfortunately, cinnamon is too strong a scent for me. But it was reasonably priced so I’m going to keep it and probably regift it. That said, the seller emailed me and offered any other candle. They are very customer service centric (a lost value in todays world) and I greatly appreciate the time they took to reach out to me to try and help me find another scent. I recommend the seller. It's a lovely candle, aesthetically and scent wise. Just not the right scent for me. ... show more

Very disappointed this candle did not throw scent. I even put it in my small bathroom & I could not smell it unless I was right next to it. The packaging, etc was lovely I just wished there was more fragrance used. I would give it a second chance if they upgraded their formula. Sorry :( I really wanted to love it! ... show more
