The media could not be loaded. I was nervous because of some of the reviews. I didn’t blow up every piece but the main parts and no holes! I drive a 2017 ford escape and I was worried it would be too large since it’s a smaller SUV but since it has different sections, it fits nicely. I may be able to use the section I didn’t blow up if I put my front seats more forward. We will know for sure next week but I am not worried about it. Someone said in the reviews that it’s difficult to plug without losing a lot of air. Not true at all. That person didn’t realize the plug has 2 pieces that come apart, you shouldn’t be blowing into it and only using the “quick release” plug. There’s a piece that allows you to blow it up without losing air so you can plug it, then it also fully unplugs to quickly release the air. The instructions said 8 min blow up time which seemed excessive and wasn’t true at all. Now that I have tested it, I could probably blow up each piece and have it done in 3 minutes. I was shocked at how much power the pump had. At first I was confused because it wasn’t pumping, but the pump adapter definitely came attached to the wrong end of the pump and I was sucking in air. As soon as I switched it, each piece blew up almost instantly. Very nice. Someone also mentioned you can’t really “slide” off of it. I planned to put sheets on it but I figured I’d discuss texture. It feels like a normal air mattress. Mostly rubbery but the top is that fake suede texture. I also was concerned about the space between my front seats and back seats and what to fill there so my tall boyfriend could comfortably lay there. I had no idea it comes with a piece you can fill and stuff into that space! That was a bonus. I was worried about that and it solved that problem. I also saw some people saying it wasn’t the most comfortable, which made me nervous about how thick it was. I like to not fill an air mattress completely so it has some extra cushion, and I was scared it would be so thin that if I didn’t fill it all the way that I would sink so far I could feel the solid “ground” it’s laying on. Not at all. It was surprisingly thick. I was also concerned about the gap where it can fold and if me or my bf would be falling into that gap. Definitely not. I didn’t fill up the edge piece but if I did, the pieces would be so pushed together it’s like the gap isn’t even there. I didn’t test the pillows because I am bringing regular pillows but they did look tiny. As for comfort, it feels like an air mattress. Some people complained about it, but it just felt like any other piece of thin rubber filled with air. I’ve slept on 2 foot thick air mattresses that felt no different than this one. It’s an air mattress. It’s not memory foam. The pump is so convenient. I am using it for festival car camping and everyone was freaking out about their tent air mattresses needing a plug in pump. But it comes with a car pump that my friends can also use for theirs. It comes with 3 different sized adapters. I didn’t read instructions so I am not sure why, but I only needed one adapter. I will be using it next week for 6 days in 80°F heat. I will update if it doesn’t hold up but I have faith it will. If you don’t see an update, it’s because it held up perfectly. I could use this indoors if I had a regular pump that didn’t require a car. It’s pretty freaking nice. And for the price, score. It definitely exceeded expectations. And I only write good reviews when I am extremely satisfied. Most of my reviews are 90% bad. But I had to write this one. Very nice. I definitely recommend it. I bought this for my roadtrip in the lower 48 (Im Alaskan) and it was super comfortable, easy to put together. I used it in the back of a Mega can ram laramie rental and I had plenty of space, even had to put my duffle between the front seats and the bottom inflatable piece because the megacab is oversized. I climbed into it after inflating and fell right asleep. Unfortunately I woke up2 hours later to a tornado going by LOL. It also fits perfectly in the back of our ram cummins crew cab as well (size down from the megacab). I was really surprised especially for the price- the quality is good, didn't deflate, etc. Couldn't feel the chambers as another review complained about. It's the same quality as the ones you'll be spending $150 on. I didn't use the pillow, I just punched up my sleeping bag and airplane neck pillow to sleep on since it got so hot so fast where I was (because of the tornado lmao). I will be using this again on my road trip this fall with my 5 year old, there was plenty of room for her and I to fit back there and even two thin people could fit lol.     • Difficult to stop up air after filling!

I ordered this Aero mattress for my Honda Element. It is to allow me to get some sleep between shifts at my job. It is, thus far, doing its job. My need for it is greater than my concerns with it. however, there are two notable issues that need addressing. A previous reviewer stated that once the pump has done its job, it is difficult to remove the stem from the mattress and seal the plug before losing a lot of air. I have found this true as well. It is annoying, but i am still able to use it in my Element to balance over the ups and downs of my seats extended. Be mindful of this and maybe have a partner help in this procedure. Secondly, without a sheet, the top on the mattress is made of a material that makes sliding/scooting nearly impossible. I suppose that is great if you are on a slope, but a struggle when you simply want to turn over into a new position. Again, it was a good purchase and seems durable enough so far. I work odd and varying hours and places and sometimes I need to take a nap in my car. I felt like I was laying my car seat down too much, and didn't want to blow the motor, so I looked into getting this "suv air mattress" and I am certainly glad I did! I love that it has different compartments and configurations to adjust what fits my needs. Especially with having a car seat take up half the space, I can lay down the other back seat and use half my suv as a bed. I have used this for a couple of months and am satisfied with it. I just wish it came with a wall plug for the air pump so we could use this in the house for my daughter who likes to sit/lay in front if the fire. Pros: versatile/adjustable Inflates/deflates quickly Has a bag to store when not in use Cons: Only has a car adapter to air up the mattress. Bag is flimsy and the handle broke easily ... show more

This SUV mattress fit very well in the back of my GMC Acadia, and inflates quickly. My complaints are as follows: 1) there is no way to “pre-inflate” this in the house as it only comes with the round auxiliary power outlet. I was unable to pump this from my house unless I used a different pump or somehow had a car outlet in my home. 2) with 2 bodies on the mattress, it deflated quickly 3) it REEKS with an oily plasticky smell. 4) despite it inflating quickly, there are 4 sections that need to be inflated separately, causing inconveniences as I was hopping to both sides of my car to inflate. As such, during our brief use of it during a drive in movie, the sections deflated at various speeds. Overall I’d say this is okay. It works in a pinch but you will want additional padding and blankets to make it comfortable for camping. ... show more
