The attached picture is the sofa at the end of the night so you can see how well it held air and its shape. It was used at my backyard party for teenaged boys and girls, so you can assume it was not delicately perched upon. I have a half way decent air pump (better the the pool float kind less good than heavy duty air compressor) so I think I had all the sections blown up in under 30 minutes. It came with no instruction- here's my pro-tip: inflate the seat bottom portion first. The nozzle is on the bottom, so it was inconvenient to do last. Buy this corner sofa, not the other Intex Sofas. I bought the other Intex Sofas/chairs and they are hard for some people to get out of. The other ones are better for camping, otherwise I would not buy them. Only this corner sofa is worth the money. My family loves this corner sofa. It does take a while to inflate if you want it to last a while without reinflating. Probably 30 - 45 minutes to inflate, maybe longer. I think it can go maybe 10 days maybe longer without being reinflated. MAKE SURE YOU BUY AIR PUMP! It doesn’t self-inflate. I recommend Intex’s air pump, which was less than $20 on Amazon and had no issues. This sofa is honestly my family’s main sofa! We have been moving the past 20 days or so, so having a comfortable chic sofa that’s easy to move and clean in a vacant house has been great. Especially since it was so easy to set up and is so comfortable. It is pretty big though, could fit 3 adults and a child very comfortably. ... show more

This couch is mediocre, at best, and uncomfortable, but customer service is terrible. The couch loses air, so you have to pump it up every week. It is a bit too wide, so even a grown man can't sit with his back to the back of the couch and put his knees over the edge. Re cushions slide off of the front, and then you fall between the cushion and the back of the couch. The top of the couch also has a wider bulge, pushing people's heads forward. There aren't any chambers in the main part of the couch, so if anyone new sits on the couch, it bounces the people who are already sitting on the couch. I would have given it a 2 star rating, BUT... As soon as we inflated it for the first time, the corner cushion was leaking air. Products are sometimes defective, which isn't a buggy for us, if customer services replaces the product. In response to our first contact to customer service, they asked us to submerge it in a bath and take a video of the corner cushion air bubbles coming out. Because submerging a couch in a bath is such a reasonable request. Alternatively, they said we could videotape ourselves spraying the cushion with air, which would cause bubbles around the hole(s). Mind you, Amazon does not have a mechanism for sending videos through the message system. In response to our second contact with customer service, they asked for a picture of the deflated cushion, despite that Amazon doesn't allow for pictures to be sent in their mailing system. So, I'm posting the pictures here. In response to our third email to customer service, they again demanded photos (instead of looking at the ones provided In this review), but finally sent a private email address to which we could send the photos. They did not respond to the fourth email, which I sent, at their insistence, from my private email to their private email. I included pictures of the damage in that email. I resent the fourth email, constituting a fifth email. They are back to demanding pictures of the microscopic while and telling me they won't replace the cushion until I can prove there is a whole. I had to open a dispute and get Amazon involved. I am awaiting resolution now. I'm not sure why they required proof. I was only asking for the corner cushion to be replaced, which has no other use besides on this couch. It has now been almost two months and we still do not have a workable couch. So, my advice would be to purchase any other couch from any other seller. If you must purchase this couch, purchase two couches and return one. There's less likelihood that the same part will be defective in two couches. And you won't have to deal with the horrible customer service. ... show more

I was quite surprised with the comfort and convenience of this inflatable couch! Setting it up took a little while with my tiny little electric air pump, as there are many individual compartments to fill, but it didn't need refilling often after that. The back of it isn't sturdy and doesn't supply any back support, but I set it up against the corner of a wall, which took care of the issue for the most part (all but the curved middle, but I didn't mind). It sprung a leak after about two months in one place that saw heavy, daily use (hours of use a day by a disabled roommate who often slept on it), but it was surprisingly easy to patch up. I've had zero luck in the past patching regular old air mattresses, so I was quite surprised that this patch took and held! It lasted another three months, until the roommate adopted a shelter cat. Alas, any inflatable furniture is no match against sharp cat claws! So the couch met it's untimely end that week. I'm not sure how much longer it would have held out if it hadn't been murdered by the cat, but it was a trooper of a couch while I had it! If I needed a temporary couch again in the future, I would definitely buy this again! ... show more

Bought for a 3 day adult camping trip and it was well used! With 4 to 5 adults sitting on it at a time, it held air perfectly the entire time with no rips or holes which was surprising. It is the perfect height to sit on and very comfy. We used an electric pump to pull the air out and it folded great and fit back into the original box. It was easy to blow up with an electric pump and had 3 different valves. It was definitely worth the money and holds up way better than expected. Would buy again! ... show more
