The pillow was recommended to me for preventing wrinkles. It is more comfortable than I expected and very easy to clean. Whether it prevents wrinkles or not I don’t know as I don’t know if I’ve used it long enough but I’m giving it a shot.

Did not perform as advertised. Very uncomfortable. Difficult to find any comfortable position. It stayed to place on top of your existing pillow and that didn’t work at all. I tried sleeping with just the Save My Face pillow and that didn’t feel right either. I returned it for a refund.

This pillow is just the right size. And as surprised as I was, it really works. It is the first time in at least 15 - 20 years that my eyes are not swollen in the morning from lying on my pillow. Sometimes I do wake up with my ear a little tender, but that's a small price to pay for my eyes to look great in the morning - and fewer wrinkles too!
